I may use the new edition of Beach Read as an invitation to revisit it!

Also just got my vinyls of Don’t Forget Me and TTPD today and all are spinning on a very happy rotation. It’s bliss!!

That sounds so lovely! There's something incredibly satisfying and tactile about the act of playing a physical record.

I’ve often thought about revisiting books but then I stare at all my unread piles. 😂

I’m a bit of an outlier with Henry but thinking about sampling her latest.

Oh, I have so many unread piles...but I used to reread my favorite bits of my favorite books all the time when I was a kid and I think I need to rediscover some of that joy.

The 2000's romantic comedy info stored in the brain (in lieu of more important stuff like math) was going to be useful someday

Have I ever used pre-calc? No. Have I used my knowledge of mediocre Matthew McConaughey movies twice now? Yes.

Now you’ve got me curious to revisit Beach Read as well! It was one of the first romance novels I’ve read, so I’d be curious to know what I think now that I’ve read so many more. Not to say I wouldn’t like it, but after refining your likes and dislikes in a genre, the idea of revisiting early works you read is interesting!

I'll be so curious to hear what you think if you do! I've also gone back to historicals that I love on occasion and it's so interesting to see how they've shaped my taste in romance.
